The Journal of Project Management Research (JPMR) is officially owned, managed, and published by Avenew Indonesia, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. All institutional, financial, and technical infrastructure support is provided directly by the publisher to maintain the journal's independent open-access model.

- Research Papers: Published bi-annually (two issues per year).
- White Papers: Published continuously upon final editorial acceptance.
Estimated Processing Time
- Research Papers: The typical processing time from initial manuscript submission to final publication is approximately 14 weeks, encompassing plagiarism screening, double-anonymous peer review, and editorial copyediting.
- White Papers: The typical processing time from submission to publication is approximately 4 weeks, subject to professional administrative and editorial evaluation.
Article Processing Charge (APC) Information
To sustain unrestricted open-access operations, cover digital publishing infrastructure, and provide professional copyediting and hosting services, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied exclusively upon the formal acceptance of a manuscript.
- Submission Fees: USD 0 / IDR 0 (JPMR does not charge any fees for initial submission, editorial screening, or peer review evaluation).
- Research Paper APC (Upon Acceptance):
- Local Authors (Indonesia): IDR 500,000 (Excluded Bank Administration Fee)
- International Authors: USD 30 (Excluded Bank Administration Fee)
- White Papers: Free of charge (Publication of industry white papers is offered entirely free to ensure wide accessibility).
What the APC Covers:
- Editorial Procedures: Administration related to rigorous peer review, author revision cycles, and final editorial decision-making.
- Article Production: Professional language editing, typesetting, layout formatting, and final publication setup.
- Hosting and Dissemination: Continuous website maintenance, XML/PDF metadata optimization, accessibility compliance, and global indexing distribution.
- Journal Administration: Management of the journal’s OJS platform, editorial board coordination, and promotion within the international project management research community.
Fee Waiver Policy
JPMR is committed to ensuring that financial constraints do not act as a barrier to the publication of impactful research. We offer partial or full APC fee waivers for manuscripts originating from recognized collaborative conference proceedings partners, as well as for corresponding authors primarily aligned with institutions in low-income economies.
